Our premium cherries are smoked to perfection over oak and cherry wood. We then reduce our cherry syrup low and slow into a perfect cherry reduction. Silky and luxurious, this is delicious in glazes or sauces and amazing on its own over desserts, ice creams, smoked cheeses and as a thicker addition to cocktails.
